An experienced Lead Architect, Project Manager and Design Manager, Sumedh works collaboratively with clients to ensure project delivery is tailored closely to each opportunity. His focus on business development ensure the Plus philosophy of attentive, small business service is a constant, regardless of project scale.

Gabriel is experienced in design and delivery of multi-residential, seniors living and healthcare projects with a keen interest in sustainable architecture. He was the team leader for the studio selected to design and deliver Uniting's first foray into high rise seniors living projects in NSW.

Zach has extensive experience in leading complex projects that require a high degree of collaboration and coordination within a multi-disciplinary team. A technically accomplished architect, Zach quickly identifies opportunities and challenges, and provides considered solutions mindful of both vision and pragmatism.

A highly acclaimed interior design leader, Mark has had a remarkable career spanning across Australia and Canada. He consistently demonstrates his exceptional design prowess, earning him national and state awards in both countries.
Mahtab Bahrami
ASSOCIATE
Mahtab has 18 years’ experience of architectural practice including over a decade of international experience. She has worked on a wide range of projects including multi-unit residential complexes, aged care facilities, mixed-use developments, and Metro and LRT Stations across UAE, Iran and Australia.

Georgina brings over fifteen years' experience in multi-residential and high-rise projects. She has worked across the retail and medical sectors across New South Wales. Since joining Plus in 2018, Georgina has been responsible for the design and delivery of a boutique hotel in the newly developed Edmondson Park precinct.

Gloria brings extensive experience across multi-residential, mixed-use, student accommodation, and community-centred projects. Her design ethos stems from a concept-driven approach layered with authentic connections to site, creating timeless architecture that meaningfully enhances the urban fabric.

Alvin brings over fifteen years of experience across multiple sectors including commercial, retail and master planning to his position at Plus. Incorporating natural materials such as mass timber into his designs wherever possible, Alvin is passionate about creating spaces and buildings which are both smart and functional.
