Apartments of Tullamore

Growing in place: Introducing Phoenix, Apartments of Tullamore

August 1, 2019

Phoenix, the first in the Apartments of Tullamore collection by Mirvac has reached completion

Ideally located in Doncaster with exceptional views across the lush natural reserves of Tullamore and panoramic views across the city skyline, the architectural design responds directly to the prime location featuring generous balconies, open living and impressive communal entertainment spaces.

Offering 134 stylish and spacious apartments, The Phoenix is designed to blend seamlessly with the existing residences of the coveted Tullamore community. The large apartments, with some living areas of the three-bedroom apartments equivalent to those of a detached house, allow for easy family living in one place. Attracting a discerning owner-occupier market, many purchasers are downsizers from surrounding suburbs who wish to remain in the same area, but in a more manageable space. Others are family units who wish to reside in close proximity to each other – with the affordable one- and two-bedroom residences giving families the opportunity to live in different apartments, yet still under one roof.

Spread over six levels, the mix of residences covers one-, two- and three-bedroom apartments as well as a recessed upper level housing a 140 sqm penthouse. ‘Growing in place’ and creating spaces which put the resident community first was a guiding principle behind the design of The Phoenix. The mix of apartments and excellent communal amenities, including a teppanyaki entertaining area and communal kitchen garden, speaks to a design inclusive of all ages and families.
