The Pacifica is New Zealand's tallest residential tower with a mix of apartments and retail spaces. Rising above the sparkling waters of the Waitemata Harbour, The Pacifica's unique form and hue are inspired by the rolling waves of Auckland's famous beaches. The building structure in its entirety has the strength of a Pouwhenua anchoring the building to Auckland's skyline.

The Pacifica redefines the quality of city living, consistent with Auckland’s recent rise to the world’s most liveable city.
