Apartments are the future of the Australian market

Yes, it's true! Associate Chrisney Formosa from Plus Architecture's Brisbane studio can see the future.

As house prices rise across Australia, Formosa says designers must respond to the growing issues of housing affordability and population density.

Speaking with the Australian Design Review recently, she explained her approach to design and how challenges present a chance to think bigger and more creatively than before.

Formosa envisages a housing market that thrives on smart, bespoke and considered apartment design.
