Revit Delivery Architects + Technicians

Our Sydney Studio has seen remarkable growth in recent years and continues to go from strength to strength, delivering key projects across both metropolitan Sydney and beyond. As a collective of enthusiastic and talented architects, designers, and interior designers, we are delivering landmark projects for a range of high-profile clientele.
To support our growth, we are currently looking for Delivery focused Architects or Technicians who are Revit native and have 5+ years of local, post-degree professional experience. The general requirements of the role are to develop and prepare design development, contract and detail documentation in accordance with conceptual and schematic designs with minimal supervision; executing assigned tasks with accuracy, quality and completeness. You will be embedded within a collaborative team structure, reporting to a nominated team lead.
Our ideal candidate will need to be or have the following:
· Demonstrated local experience
· Relevant qualifications and industry experience – we are looking for a minimum of 5 years of post-degree professional experience using Revit for this position
· Passion for design and a commitment to achieving high-quality design outcomes
· Advanced technical knowledge and exceptional documentation skills
· Expert Revit skills
· Demonstrated ability to liaise with all project stakeholders in a constructive and professional manner
· Willingness to be a hands-on team player
· Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Candidates must demonstrate confidence and be comfortable working creatively under pressure and to deadlines. We are looking for someone with a demonstrated high level of integrity, maturity, and diplomacy. We work hard, but we don’t take ourselves too seriously – having a strong work ethic (and a sense of humour!) will get you far in this position.
