SENIOR PROJECT ARCHITECT

Due to ongoing growth in our Gold Coast Studio, we are now on the hunt for a Senior Project Architect / Project Architect with 10 + years experience to join our team!

Plus Architecture is seeking a talented, creative, passionate and enthusiastic Senior Project Architect / Project Architect with a demonstrated capability in running projects from inception through to completion. You will have experience in leading a team, as well as liaising with clients and consultants and delivering projects on site. The successful candidate will possess a strong design aesthetic and have proven experience in delivering multi-residential projects. Strong Revit experience is a must!

The successful candidate will need to be or have the following:

  • Demonstrated Local Experience

  • Relevant qualifications and minimum 10 years industry experience

  • Strong Revit Skills (minimum 5+ years)

  • Be a team player

  • Commitment to achieving high quality design outcomes

  • Excellent time management skills

  • Ability to liaise with all project stakeholders in a constructive and professional manner

  • Exceptional documentation skills

  • Advanced technical knowledge

  • Ability to adapt and be versatile

  • Willingness to be a hands-on team member

  • Demonstrate a high level of integrity, maturity and diplomacy

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
