Designing for enduring impact

Our ongoing partnership with Georgiou builds on a shared understanding developed across several Perth-based projects. For their Perth headquarters, we began by imagining the vast potential of their everyday—seeking a workplace that resonates with their dynamic spirit and strong connection to Western Australia, where ingenuity flourishes.

The design approach focused on supporting greater visibility and connection across the business. Breakout zones were introduced between work areas to unify the floor plate and create more opportunities for collaboration. In the lobby, a new display celebrates Georgiou’s history and achievements, and creates a more welcoming arrival experience and reflecting the company’s values.

“Every day when I come to work, the new office puts a smile on my face. It’s a space that truly reflects who we are and makes collaboration easier and more enjoyable,” says Steve Okill, Georgiou General Manager.

Employee well-being was a key focus. The design incorporates ergonomic furniture, natural light and integrated greenery to create a calm, comfortable and productive environment. Reconfigurable, multi-functional areas allow the workplace to adapt as needs evolve.

Sustainability was approached as a baseline, not an add-on—achieved through the use of environmentally responsible materials, energy-efficient systems and long-lasting finishes chosen for their performance and reduced impact over time.

This fit-out reflects both the strength of our ongoing relationship with Georgiou and a shared commitment to creating workplaces that are purposeful, people-focused and built to evolve.
