An undulating form, evocative of the waves of its coastal context.

Located on the corner of Palm Beach Avenue and Gold Coast Highway, Corallo is positioned to become a new landmark for luxury.

Our design draws cues from the site's coastal landscape, with a focus on curvature, reminiscent of the waves of the ocean. This theme is expressed through dramatic sculptural arches on the ground plane, a striking spiral staircase, and a band that outlines the contour of the site.

At ground level, double-height glazing facilitates ample natural light while allowing for passive surveillance. To soften the robust concrete form, we've opted for delicate greenery that cascades down the facade. Complementary materials of white brick and powder-coated aluminium battens have also been incorporated to contribute to the light and bright coastal aesthetic.

A selection of resort-style amenities have been included, further underlining the luxurious nature of the development. To elevate the amenities, we added spaces to sit, multiple entertaining and barbeque areas to create an extension to residents’ homes.

Given the site's close proximity to Palm Beach meant we could also access incredible ocean vistas, which are perfectly framed through clever spatial planning.
