As part of a proposed mall extension for Westfield Albany, Plus designed two 12 storey office towers, each featuring a mixed-use ground floor level.

The improved retail offering and commercial development is designed to create a new hub for urban activity that will further tie Albany into its surrounding suburbs.

The development is set to reinvigorate the urban centre of Albany through a renewed interaction with the public realm and providing a pair of visually connected but differentiated landmarks for this newly emerging urban landscape.
