Rido studied at Delft University in the Netherlands receiving his Master’s in both Architecture and Building Technology focused on strengthening the integration of both disciplines. Before coming to Australia Rido worked in the Netherlands and New York. Rido is passionate about communicating his unique design ideas, in ways in which he challenges both technical and architectural concepts. Rido enjoys a collaborative team approach to ensure the best outcome for each project.

Director at Plus Architecture Perth, Will joined Plus from Woods Bagot, where he was a Perth based Senior Associate. Before that, he spent a successful 10 years working in the UK for a variety of high profile clients delivering award winning projects with a focus on education and public buildings from feasibility to completion. His most recent UK project, Bramall Music Building, a ‘state-of-the-art’ teaching and research facility for the University of Birmingham won a National RIBA Award, Civic Trust Award and was shortlisted AJ100 Building of the Year in 2013.
