An experienced architectural and interior design leader, Hugh brings a wealth of experience in commercial, retail, transport and infrastructure projects. He works with the Plus Brisbane and Gold Coast leadership team to ensure efficient project delivery and client satisfaction.
Daniel’s passion lies in innovative construction technologies and he strives to deliver built outcomes which maintain a strong architectural design integrity. As a documentation expert, Daniel oversees documentation standards across all Plus studios.
Christopher brings expertise in a range of sectors including architecture, interior design, hospitality and retail. His strong commitment to achieving a balance between considered design and built outcomes has cemented his position as a project leader.
Nicholas leads Plus’ Seniors Living sector portfolio across all studios, overseeing the development of innovative aged care and retirement living projects. A committed mentor in and out of Plus, Nicholas is a member of the Urban Land Institute Young Leaders Group.
Nicholas’ design and documentation experience spans student accommodation, multi-residential, retail and single residential projects. His focus on a collaborative design process leads to narrative driven concept design and bespoke client focused outcomes.
Piers helped establish Plus Architecture’s New Zealand Auckland and Christchurch studios, supporting the team with his United Kingdom, Australian and New Zealand experience in residential, commercial and hospitality. He worked as project architect on the St Martins Community Centre in Christchurch, recipient of a 2017 NZIA public architecture Award.
Mei is an experienced architect whose attention to detail and commitment to realising efficient, design led built outcomes has seen her provide excellent project leadership to many landmark Plus projects. She provides design and technical expertise across multiple sectors including seniors living and residential.
Matthew is an award-winning designer having delivered boutique through to large scale mix-use projects both in South East Asia and New Zealand. Matthew believes in the importance of delivering the project through all phases from feasibility; design and documentation to site observation where his strong understanding of design and construction provides a full rounded framework to the projects.
Brett Duke is an experienced design leader who delivers front end design work and project leadership on a large cross-section of Plus projects. With expertise in concept design, master planning, project management, multi-residential, mixed use and commercial projects, Brett applies his outstanding design ethos across the Plus network.
Gareth brings more than a decade’s experience to bear on sectors including residential, commercial and hospitality. As a leader in Plus’ Brisbane studio, Gareth contributes architectural expertise on the commercial, practical and design aspects of a project.
Matthew joined Plus after 12 years’ experience at Leuschke Group Architects & RTA Studio working on a wide range of projects including commercial, high-end residential and civic buildings. Matt’s role includes business and project management, utilising his strong design skills, technical experience and construction knowledge. His background in landscape design adds to his versatility.
Paul De Sailly
With experience in Sydney and Melbourne delivering award-winning multi-residential and hospitality projects, Paul is an integral part of Plus’ Sydney leadership team. In addition to residential project leadership, Paul works with the hospitality team to deliver refined hotel and lifestyle projects.
Candice’s excellent track record as a project architect is derived from her exceptional attention to detail, strong project management approach and proven organisational skills. She helps lead Plus’ delivery team, providing industry-leading documentation and design services.
An accomplished interior designer with a background spanning resort, hotel and government portfolios, Rhea is an integral part of the Plus leadership team in the Brisbane and Gold Coast studios. She is an expert in contemporary commercial workplace design.
A member of the Plus team since 2001, Julie is Head of Staff Training, Development and Quality Assurance. With more than 30 years’ experience across a range of sectors, Julie guides ongoing staff development and education across the Plus studios.
