Julie joined Plus Architecture in 2001 and has more than 30 years of experience spanning retirement and aged care, fit out planning and documentation. Having worked across a wide range of cutting-edge projects, from residential to commercial, Julie is a trusted mentor at Plus.
An accomplished interior designer with a background spanning resort, hotel and government portfolios, Rhea is the founding member of Plus Architecture’s Brisbane office.
Uma joined Plus Architecture as a graduate in 2009 where she worked directly under Associates and Directors gaining herself a leading position as Associate. Since then she has been working solidly from the beginning of a project and seeing it through to the end.
Candice has over seven years’ experience across all project stages from feasibility, master planning, sketch design through to construction administration and has established herself as a well-rounded Project Architect with proven results.
With more than ten years of experience in delivering key projects such as Marina Square Sydney, The Eminence Carlton, 101 Bay St Port Melbourne and Central South Yarra, Elissa’s pragmatism and collaborative approach to problem solving has driven her to specialise in construction and delivery. As a result, Elissa has established strong and successful relationships with clients and builders alike.
Paul De Sailly
After several years honing his skills at Sydney based practices delivering award winning commercial and hospitality spaces, Paul joined Plus in 2009 as a Project Architect and delivered several multi-residential projects in the Docklands West precinct including Crimea Street and Regent Street apartments.
Zach graduated with a Bachelor of Architecture from the University of New South Wales, as well as obtaining a Masters in Design Science at Sydney University. Zach joined Plus after five years at Woods Bagot, during which time he was a design leader on numerous projects. Most recently he has acted as design lead on the Department of Defence LEAP projects valued at over AUD $650 million. He has also delivered high end residential projects and commercial spaces.
Gareth is an experienced Architect with more than 12 years post registration knowledge of residential, commercial and hotel projects. His experience as an Architect in Brisbane stands him in good stead to make educated decisions around commercial, practical, and design aspects of all projects.
Matthew joined Plus after 12 years’ experience at Leuschke Group Architects & RTA Studio working on a wide range of projects including commercial, high-end residential and civic buildings. Matt’s role includes business and project management, utilising his strong design skills, technical experience and construction knowledge. His background in landscape design adds to his versatility.
An exacting designer, Brad has a background in high end multi residential interior design. His focus on marketing and delivering first class interiors, including the design and delivery of display suites, is a strong driver for Plus’s outstanding body of commercially viable residential projects. He is passionate about delivering unique designs and commercially viable products, creating liveable and beautiful spaces that return significant value for the client.
Brett Duke is an experienced design leader who delivers front end design work and project leadership on a large cross-section of Plus projects. With expertise in concept design, master planning, project management, multi-residential, mixed use and commercial projects, Brett applies his outstanding design ethos across the Plus network.
Matthew is an award-winning designer having delivered boutique through to large scale mix-use projects both in South East Asia and New Zealand. Matthew believes in the importance of delivering the project through all phases from feasibility; design and documentation to site observation where his strong understanding of design and construction provides a full rounded framework to the projects.
Mei is a highly experienced architect with over 10 years’ experience in architecture, interior fit-out, hospitality and retail design and has a strong commitment to achieving a balance between considered design and built outcomes. Prior to joining Plus Architecture, Mei was in a small Collingwood architectural practice specializing in residential buildings for 5 years. Involvement in projects includes attending client briefing, feasibility, schematic design, Town Planning & Building Permit approvals, construction documentation (including architectural specification) and contract administration.
