Client: REVEL Development Group

Developed by REVEL Development Group and architecturally designed by Plus Architecture, which has also designed the interiors, the building delivers a unique design response to the project’s stunning park-side location, in the form of a 14m high, mirrored glass façade that will quite literally reflect the beauty of the greenery around it.

The simple yet striking nature of the building’s exterior will reflect the true beauty of the location while allowing the development to connect with its surroundings and change form along with the seasons.

Inside the building, this sense of nature and tranquillity is carried through to the expansive lobby which has been imagined as a cluster of trees and leaves, with undulating timber walls creating the form of tree trunks while the ceiling uses a recurring leaf motif from the building’s façade to form a forest canopy of reflective glass panels.

This breathtaking lobby will house an exclusive concierge service for residents which will operate six days per week and provide a host of services including deliveries, event and restaurant bookings, laundry and dry-cleaning and other helpful offerings.

This concierge service, as well as building management and communal amenity bookings, will be managed through an app so residents will have access to a range of services at the tap of a finger.

This impeccable attention to detail is then recreated within the apartments, where Plus Architecture has told the story of the building’s mirrored façade through the exquisite use of metallic detailing, gloss stone benchtops and splashbacks, feature wall lights and timber joinery throughout.

Sophisticated and elegant, the interiors feature luxury inclusions as standard such as Miele appliances, concealed cistern toilets, dual hand-held and overhead shower heads and custom joinery throughout, as well as a bespoke bathroom vanity echoing the rounded, leaf-like motif of the building’s façade.
