Located in Box Hill, a stone’s throw from Box Hill Railway Station, this 10 storey apartment building signifies a paradigm shift for suburban developments. Rather than the typical box-like facade of most apartment blocks, 710 Station Street was conceived after considerable investigation into the dynamic movement that can be created by splitting a building into three angular forms. The textural facades are influenced by vernacular Chinese architecture. The 85 apartments consist of a mix of one and two-bedroom apartments, varying in size from 45 to 75 square metres. There are ample bicycle racks as well as generous off street car parking.
