5.11.2001| The second stage of the residential buildings at NewQuay was completed in mid 2002 and comprises two towers, the Palladio and the Boyd with the waterfront podium apartments of the Sant‘Elia.
The 23-level Boyd tower replicates The Arkley to form a strong 3-piece composition with these 2 flanking, matching towers strengthening the presence of the prow shape form of the Palladio as the centre piece The Palladio tower with its continuous balcony spandrels accommodates 201 apartments over 23-levels; the Boyd has 172 apartments over 23 levels with the 3-5 level Sant’Elia building accommodating 44 larger waterfront apartments. The residential offerings ranged from 1-bedroom apartments of approximately 50 sqm to 110 sqm 3-bedroom apartments with some larger apartments at the upper levels. Recreational facilities are on the top of the podium deck between the two towers which is landscaped with an external pool, residents lounge and a small gymnasium facility. |
