Jessica Liew, known for her hardworking determination and the pursuit of extremely high standards, is the first female appointed to the position of Director at Plus Architecture.
Educated in both Asia and Australia, Jessica is fluent in English, Cantonese and Mandarin, and has been instrumental in driving the firm’s growth while also applying her award-winning design experience to a number of Plus’s projects spanning multi-residential, commercial and aged-care.
Having commenced her career at Plus Architecture some 15 years ago after winning a student competition that subsequently received an AIA Commercial Project Award, Jessica quickly excelled to cement herself as an integral member of Plus’s senior architect team before recently being appointed as Director.
Jessica has lent her multi-faceted architecture and design skills to some of the firm’s most defining projects, using her ability to apply her expertise across every phase of a project from concept and feasibility through to design documentation and project management, to deliver exceptional outcomes for clients across multiple industries.
An active Property Council Mentor, Jessica is widely acknowledged by her industry peers for not only her design excellence but also her ability to mentor other women in the field while bringing her managerial instincts to achieve an almost unprecedented equal male-to-female ratio at Plus.
