Stuart Telha and Paul De Sailly

We are delighted to announce the internal promotion of Stuart Telha (L) and Paul De Sailly (R), to Associate at Plus Architecture.

With a career at Plus Architecture spanning over six years, Stuart has successfully driven keynote projects including Central South Yarra, Gravity South Melbourne and more recently the Hawthorn Club in Hawthorn. With specialist skills in CAD, documentation and construction, Stuart has gone on to become Plus’ Head of Seniors Living.

Levering Stuart’s knowledge-base and experience, Plus is expanding its focus in this sector. Building upon concepts of ‘aging in place’, vertical retirement villages and integrated residential care models, Stuart aims to reinvigorate public opinion and sentiment toward this mode of living.

Attuned to the housing decisions of older generations, Plus is redefining the look, feel and perception of retirement by creating vibrant communities that specifically consider the unique practical and emotional factors of retirement.

Further north, Paul continues to build upon the practice’s presence in the New South Wales market. Instrumental in establishing Plus’ Sydney office, Paul has worked alongside the wider Director team to consolidate the growth of the practice across the east coast, delivering large scale multi-residential projects including Quest Hotel in Macquarrie Park, as well as the Epping Apartments, Kellyville Apartments and Kingswood Apartments.

These appointments signal an exciting time for the practice and one in which we look forward to sharing with you over the coming months.
