“It’s heaps of effort for me to sit and watch anime but Studio Ghibli has managed to captivate me for its ability to project powerful humanity messages with simple graphics, usually through children characters. It sprang to popularity in Australia with ‘Sprited Away’.My favourite from the studio would probably be ‘Totoro’ and ‘Grave of the Fireflies’. “Grinning is inescapable, laughing your ass right off the seat is probable, and forgetting yourself in worlds seen and unseen is inevitable.” This quote pretty much sums it up!”
