21.01.2006| ‘Quirky, eclectic and where?’ These tend to be the responses when you mention Cremorne. One of Melbourne’s newest suburbs-Cremorne – a tiny corner of Richmond bounded by Church and Swan streets, Punt Road and City Link – officially became a separate entity in 1999.
Because of the zoning there were no problems with the planning permit, we saw the opportunity to have a bit of a play….. That freedom to play has resulted in a pocket of fabulous architecture… to the ERA commercial and residential development, designed by Plus Architecture…’ |
