The Mariner & Lot J Townhouses, NewQuay

Lot J is a staged residential development located in the West Precinct at NewQuay, Docklands.

The first stage features The Mariner, a mid-size residential tower of 113 apartments.

The second stage, Lot J Townhouses, feature 22, multi-level townhouses situated along Park Lane.The townhouses act as a transitional element in the landscape linking the mid-sized tower to the neighborhood scale of the central park district.

WHEN Plus Architecture decided to shift to a new office in St Kilda Road, the directors had to think about what it would look like.”We wanted to have a design that best describes Plus. Plus is very much about the staff,” said director Craig Yelland. Their answer was: ”Why not put it to the staff to design it?”
