Docklands Under Construction

Docklands is bustling with the construction of several Plus projects.

Including, Marina Avenues, luxury 3 storey townhouses perched upon a reconstituted wharf, due for completion in March ‘11, The Mariner, featuring 113 apartments in the West Precinct at NewQuay and  Harbour One (H1), 22 level apartment tower on the corner of Harbour Esplanade and Docklands Drive.
