3.02.2008| ‘While there has been the odd townhouse and apartment project built in Richmond in the past five years, Era is the largest – with 15 townhouses, 140 apartments and three levels of office space.
The project is on the site of the former Cremorne Gardens Amusement Park that opened in the 1860s and was Australia’s first fairground. The area has since become Melbourne’s mixed-use heartland with commercial, industrial, creative and residential, use side by side.’ |
